✅ 7PM - 5AM work bay booking availability

✅ Inside sales lead generation & distribution

✅ Business mailing address & package reception

✅ Access to client waiting lounge (for their customers)

✅ Access to monthly member meetups and training events

✅ Revenue share opportunities on classes or workshops held within the space.
