TERMS AND CONDITIONS / MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a membership, booking a workspace, or using any facility operated by Auto
Gallery Workspaces (“Auto Gallery,” “Company,” “We,” “Our”), you (“Member,” “You,”
“Your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Violation of any rule may result in
immediate termination of membership without refund.
2. MEMBERSHIP
Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and auto-renew monthly unless
canceled with at least 14 days written notice. Auto Gallery reserves the right to modify
pricing, access hours, and policies at any time with 10 days’ notice.
3. FACILITY USE
Members must comply with all posted safety, cleanliness, and operational rules. Work must
be performed only in designated bays and within your approved booking time.
Unauthorized use of bays or equipment outside your reservation will incur a minimum
$100 fine. Spaces must be left clean. Cleaning fee for violations: $50–$250 per incident.
4. STORAGE AND VEHICLES
Storage of vehicles, tools, or equipment overnight requires prior written approval and may
incur storage fees. Vehicles left beyond 24 hours without authorization are subject to
towing at the owner’s expense. Auto Gallery assumes no responsibility for theft, fire,
damage, or loss of property.
5. LIABILITY WAIVER
Use of the facility, tools, lifts, and equipment is at your own risk. Auto Gallery, its owners,
and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising
from your use of the facilities. Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Gallery
from any claims, damages, or expenses related to their activities on the premises. Members
are responsible for any guests or subcontractors they bring.
6. SAFETY & CONDUCT
Members must follow all OSHA and safety standards. Unsafe or reckless behavior (burnouts,
racing, improper tool use) will result in termination. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drug use
are prohibited inside the facility. Proper safety gear is required.
7. DAMAGES
Member is responsible for any damages caused to the facility, tools, or other members’
property due to negligence or misuse. Damages will be billed directly and must be paid
within 7 days.
8. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Members performing work for profit must maintain valid general liability insurance and
garage keepers coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request. Auto Gallery’s
insurance does not cover personal vehicles, tools, or customer property.
9. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Bays and desk spaces must be booked through the approved booking system. Cancellations
must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in
forfeiture of time and penalties. Auto Gallery may reassign or cancel bookings for
maintenance or safety reasons.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are due in advance through Auto Gallery’s approved payment system. Late
payments may incur a 10% late fee after 3 days. Chargebacks or unpaid invoices will
terminate membership privileges.
11. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Auto Gallery may terminate any membership immediately for rule violations, non-payment,
or disruptive conduct. No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.
12. MARKETING CONSENT
Members grant Auto Gallery permission to use photos or videos taken within the facility for
marketing purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted.
13. PRIVACY
Auto Gallery may collect and store member information for billing and operations.
Information will not be sold or shared except as required by law.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes shall
be resolved in Cook County, IL.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document, together with your signed membership form, constitutes the entire
agreement between Member and Auto Gallery Workspaces.
